Current shipping status of all Frontwing’s projects

Greetings,
In this update, we want to inform you of the current shipping status of all Frontwing’s projects.
For about a month, we have been shipping rewards to our backers as soon as preparations for doing so were complete.
We have also held multiple meetings with the person in charge of shipping from our external warehouse, and right now and by our current calculations, we estimate that shipping will finalize at the end of this year.
We completely understand that everything we say from this point will undoubtedly look like an excuse, but the vast number of goods to be shipped throughout all our campaigns and all their different shipping patterns make their classification and checks a lengthy process, and as November started and the holiday season got nearer, we understood that shipping all rewards would take more time than what we initially expected.
We deeply apologize to all backers who have not yet received their rewards: you will definitely receive a notification with the tracking code of your package, so we must ask you for a little bit more of patience.
The status of each project is as follows:
Corona Blossom Vol.1-3: since our last update, we have sent 28+46 packages. Shipping is expected to continue until December.
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2: since our last update, we have sent 42 packages. Due to the discovery of a misprint in the physical English manga, we have requested an urgent fix and reprint. We will resume shipping after the re-manufacturing of the manga. Shipping is planned to finalize by the end of November, start of December at the latest.
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3-5: after shipping is resumed for Vol.1&2, preparations for shipping of the subsequent volumes will take place. This is expected to happen from the end of November onwards.
Grisaia Complete Box: a problem regarding the English translation of the drama CDs included in the box was spotted during shipping preparations: we have taken care of it as of now and we plan on finishing the arrangements by the end of November. As the Grisaia Complete Box is a very expensive deluxe product and all the content inside it must be thoroughly checked in order to preserve its quality, right now it has the highest shipping priority. This shipping schedule is also the same for customers who have purchased the box through JAST USA.
Momoiro Closet: shipping is expected to finish by the middle of December.
Wonderful Everyday: shipping will take place from December onwards, with the aim of finishing shipping all rewards within this year.
ISLAND: shipping will start on December. We’re currently finalizing details about further shipping schedule for this one, and we will let you know more information as soon as it’s available.
This is not the first time we fail to meet the promises we make ourselves in regards to shipping, and we're tremendously sorry for doing it once more.
We completely understand and expect that there are many backers who just cannot accept these failures anymore and that have long lost their patience, but since there's a vast number of goods that are ready to be shipped, we must, again, beg for your forgiveness and for more patience until they are delivered.
For all backers who contacted us with individual inquiries, we will reply to them as soon as possible. In case your address as changed, please do let us know with a message.
We know that we apologized many times, only to apologize further, but we're truly ashamed of not being able to deliver our rewards in a timely manner. We will strive to work hard so that the rewards of all our backers arrive to their destination as soon as we can manage.

We just wanted to give you one last reminder that BackerKit surveys will be locked down and add-ons/tier changes/pre-orders charged in just under 48 hours, at 23:59 PT on August 31. Be sure to get any last-minute changes in while you still can!
We also wanted to quickly shout out once more our current campaign for the Grisaia: Phantom Trigger anime adaptation! There's just a few days left in the campaign, and not only are we very near our goal, we've also added a stretch goal for an English dub of the anime! If you're a Phantom Trigger fan, you're not going to want to miss this, so be sure to check it out if you haven't yet!
BackerKit reminder & a small update on shipping estimates.

Hello to all our backers, and thank you again for making this project a success!
We wanted to take a moment to remind you that BackerKit surveys will be locked down at 23:59 PT on August 31, and that (if applicable) cards will be charged at that time as well. If you haven't completed your BackerKit survey yet, please do so ASAP! Pre-orders will be closed at this time as well, so if you missed out on the campaign and still wanted to grab something, be sure to do so by the above date.
We also wanted to let you know ahead of time that we're anticipating a slight delay with regards to reward shipment. Based on the schedule we've worked out with our shipping provider for all of our current projects, we expect shipments for this campaign to be completed by the first half of November at latest. We'll continue to keep you informed as the shipping window approaches.

Hey, all! The day is finally here, and Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.5 is OUT NOW on Steam!
Steam keys for all applicable backers have also been sent out, along with email notifications, so check your mail for those! If you're expecting a key and don't see it for some reason, be sure to let us know.
If you missed out on the campaign somehow, but still want to grab physical copies or other goodies, preorders are open now on BackerKit as well!

Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.5 launches on Steam this Friday, July 27. For anyone who needs to play catch-up, we currently have a special week-long sale on the first four volumes to celebrate the release of Vol.5 - up to 50% off! Plus, save even more by grabbing the bundle if you happen to need all four!
Perhaps more importantly: BackerKit surveys have now been sent out, so check your email for your survey link! Steam keys will be distributed to all eligible backers shortly before the game launches, so keep an eye for a subsequent email informing you of that. BackerKit surveys will be open until September 3rd, so be sure to get your add-on orders and pledge upgrades in by then!

This is what the email in your inbox will look like. Simply click the "Click Here to Respond" link to continue.
BackerKit Welcome Page
You'll be greeted with this page after clicking the link in your survey email. If your pledge tier includes physical items, the shipping country drop-down will appear, and should be automatically set to the country you entered on BackerKit. If you want to change your pledge level, click on "Want to switch your pledge level?"; otherwise, click "Get Started!" and skip on down to the "Pledge Questions" section of this update.
Changing pledge level
Any backer can switch to any non-limited pledge tier, even if you didn't select a pledge tier when backing on Kickstarter, or if your payment failed on Kickstarter. You cannot switch into any of the limited-quantity pledge tiers, and please note that if you pledged for a limited-quantity tier on Kickstarter and switch out of it, you will not be able to change back to that limited-quantity tier. Also please note that even if you switch to a lower pledge tier, you will not receive a refund for any pledged funds - the leftover money will only be available to use on BackerKit for purchasing add-ons.
Pledge Questions
Depending on your pledge tier, you will be asked a few questions about your rewards, such as what language you would like for the physical and/or digital manga, what tapestry design you want, or what t-shirt size you want. Simply select the appropriate answer and click "Next Question" until all pledge questions have been answered. Then click "Next: Add-ons".
Add-On Shop
Here is where you can look at and purchase the various add-ons available for the campaign. Simply click "View" for an add-on to open the add-on details page (more below) and add it to your cart.
In the area marked Items Included In Your Pledge, you can check what items are included in your pledge level. Click "View all __ items" to view the item list if it is not expanded by default.
Add-on items on the right-hand side displays all add-on items currently in your cart. The total cost shown here does not include the additional shipping charges for add-ons.
Balance shows you a breakdown of your contribution funds. "Your Pledge Amount" is the actual dollar amount you contributed to the campaign, and "Pledge Level", "Pledge Level Shipping", and "Add-ons" display the amount you are spending in the respective areas. The next line will display "Amount Owed" if your campaign contribution does not cover the total of your pledge level and add-ons; otherwise it will say "Amount Owed" and show how much more money you need to pay for your selected pledge level and add-ons. (Again, this amount does not include additional shipping costs for add-ons.)
Once you have selected any and all add-ons you want, click "Next" to proceed to the address entry screen.
Add-On Details
Clicking "View" for an add-on will bring up a page like this. You can select the quantity and, if applicable, design of the add-on, and then add it to your cart.
Address Entry
If your campaign pledge included physical items, you should have been asked for your address on Kickstarter, and that address will be automatically imported here. If your original pledge did not contain any physical items, but you are purchasing physical add-ons or switched into a tier containing physical items, you will need to enter your address here.
Upon clicking "Next", BackerKit will automatically examine your address, and make adjustment suggestions if applicable. If you receive a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't validate your address." but know the entered address to be correct, please click "Submit" again to continue to the confirmation page.
Confirmation Page
On this page you can confirm the contents and cost of your order, including shipping charges for add-ons. If you owe any money for your pledge level or add-ons, the payment information entry area will be displayed. Please enter your payment information into this area and click "Confirm".
Success Screen
This page will be displayed once you have successfully completed your survey. Please feel free to use the provided buttons to share the BackerKit page on social media.
At this point your order is complete. If your pledge level contains digital rewards, you will receive another email as soon as they are distributed.
