Hello everyone, this is the Frontwing International team.

Much time has passed after our last update, for which we would like to deeply apologize.

Regarding the current status of the projects, right now we’re working on getting ISLAND, Wonderful Everyday, and the remaining volumes of Grisaia Phantom Trigger (from vol.3 to vol.6) ready to ship: our goal is to start shipping them in March 2022.

For countries to which neither SAL nor EMS shipping are available, we will ship the goods through container shipping. However, depending on the availability of these containers, this may take longer than other shipping methods. We would ideally like to send everything at the same time, but please bear in mind that depending on your country of residence, shipping times may vary.

We plan to ship both ISLAND and Wonderful Everyday rewards at the same time, but right now some specific rewards are undergoing their final quality checks, and as such there is a possibility that backers who selected those rewards might receive their packages later. We will be informing the affected backers on a case by case basis.

As we move on to older projects, we will also be sending further updates to let you know about address changes deadlines and other additional information needed for shipping, so please keep an eye out for updates on each individual campaign.

Current Shipping & Manufacturing Status

Hello everyone,

This is Frontwing International team. First of all, we want to apologize for not being able to commit to our monthly updates for our projects as we promised.

As we mentioned in the previous update, right now we are focusing on overcoming the last hurdles remaining for finishing and shipping our oldest crowdfunding campaign, Sharin no Kuni: The Girl Among the Sunflowers, and this has delayed our other crowdfunding projects. We deeply apologize for this.

Although in this update we wanted to share with you the latest progress on these projects as usual and for this we reached out to our manufacturing companies and shipping warehouses to coordinate our schedules together, this will take more time than we initially expected. We are planning to share a new update with you in the next few weeks as soon as we get an answer from them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Frontwing Current Schedule Update (June)

Hello everyone,

This is Frontwing’s current shipping and production status. We are currently focusing on the shipping preparations of our oldest project, Sharin no Kuni, and we will proceed with the rest of the campaign afterwards.

As we mentioned in our last update, the restrictions on international mail are gradually being lifted and the shipping situation overall is improving, but there are still restrictions in place in certain countries. However, we are working together with warehouses and shipping companies to start shipping projects that are ready as soon as possible, so we hope to be able to provide an accurate schedule in the near future.

We will give you more information on the exact shipping schedule for each project at a later date in each campaign, and we will also report it in these updates.

Frontwing Current Schedule Update (April)

Hello everyone,

This is Frontwing’s current shipping and production status. Although we are still struggling with international shipping, we want to share with you this update with our production and manufacturing status. Due to various issues, including the spike of COVID-19 cases that we have been suffering in Japan, our schedule has been impacted and we were not able to update you at the end of last month as we promised, we deeply apologize for this. Please find more information about the current status of each project in the list below.

As we also mentioned in the previous update, we are preparing to ship some of our projects during May. There are still several shipping restrictions in place due to the pandemic, but we have been discussing the currently available methods with our partners and it is now almost finalized. We are planning to make final adjustments with our partners after the current major holidays in Japan.

Frontwing Current Schedule Update (February)

Hello everyone,

This is Frontwing’s current shipping and production status. Even though we wanted to stabilize the pace of our updates, we apologize for being unable to do so: the shipping methods we originally planned to use in our projects have been unavailable for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and major restrictions on international shipping are still in place at this point. Due to this, it is still difficult to build a definite shipping schedule, but nevertheless we will try to keep you informed of the progress of our projects on a more regular basis.

Our current schedule is to ship several projects at once during April and May. We want to finalize the course of this shipping plan during the rest of March, and let you know about the details in a new update within three weeks.
