  • Detailed status: we are prioritizing the manga since it's one of the last rewards remaining in this project, but 2-3 weeks may be needed until shipment while we arrange reward shipping for other campaigns.

Frontwing Monthly Schedule Update (February)

Hello everyone,

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. Today, we want to share general information concerning the status of all our projects: in previous updates, we shared with you our plans of shipping the remaining rewards of various of our oldest projects (Corona Blossom Vol.1-3 and Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1-5) during the month of February.

We want to announce that this has been delayed by the effect of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19): as our shipping warehouses and merchandise production partners are located in various Asian countries currently affected by the outbreak, preventive health measures taken on workplaces in order to avoid further spread of the virus have resulted in slowing or even halting both production and transport.

Since the status of the preparations was advanced, we are currently estimating a one month delay to our entire schedule below, after which we plan on resuming shipping. However, there might be further changes due to the unpredictable nature of the outbreak, so we will inform you again as soon as a new date has been decided.

Again, we apologize for the trouble this might cause and must ask for your understanding and comprehension. We ourselves want to ship everything as soon as possible, so we will keep working hard no matter the circumstances if this means we can send your rewards faster. Thank you for your patience.

Per the reasons stated above, production and shipping of all our projects have been changed to “queued” in the list below, except for Grisaia Phantom Trigger: The Animation (since production of the English dub is still progressing).

Hello everyone,

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. Sorry about the delayed update, but with the beginning of this new year, we are currently working devoting ourselves to completely finish shipping the remaining rewards of our oldest projects and move to the next ones as soon as possible. We will of course keep you informed.

• GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.1&2: Production:Underway (+99%) / Shipping: Underway (+98%) *UPDATED Detailed status: Japanese manga anthology is ready to be shipped soon, we will be giving more information in a future update in this project. Cosplay costumes have entered the latest production stages.
  
• CORONA BLOSSOM: Production:Completed (100%) / Shipping: Underway (+98%) *UPDATED  Detailed status: we are currently working to ship the remaining mousepads and will give more information on a future update in the project.
  
• GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.3, 4 & 5: Production:Underway (+85%) / Shipping:Queued  *UPDATED  Detailed status: preparations for shipping are being done in parallel along with the remaining items of the previous campaigns.
  
• WONDERFUL EVERYDAY: Production: Underway (+80%) / Shipping: Queued  Detailed status: merchandise production and shipping schedule preparations are progressing. If everything goes according to our previsions, this project will be shipping after GPT Vol.3, 4 & 5.

Hello everyone,

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. Corona Blossom shipping has almost finished now, and next year we will be moving to the next projects in line for shipping. Please refer to the list below for more information, and remember to contact us as soon as possible if you have any question, address change, etc. Please note, however, that we will be out of the office from December 28th, 2019 to January 6th, 2020.

• GRISAIA PHANTOM TRIGGER VOL.1&2: Production:Underway (+97%) / Shipping: Underway (+97%)
  
  • Detailed status: Japanese manga anthology is now in their final preparation stages before shipping. However, this will take place after Corona Blossom & the oldest Grisaia Phantom Trigger campaigns have finished.
    
• CORONA BLOSSOM: Production:Completed (100%) / Shipping: Underway (+98%) *UPDATED
  
  • Detailed status: all rewards except for the mousepads have been shipped. Mousepads are expected to ship separately next year. More information in the latest project update.

  • Detailed status: since until now we prioritized shipping Corona Blossom first (being our oldest project), we will now focus on shipping these projects in chronological order starting from January. Preparation might take a bit longer since it will be starting right after the seasonal holidays, but we are currently in talks with our shipping providers to speed up the process as much as possible.

Hello everyone,

This is the monthly status update of Frontwing projects. We apologize since it took more time than usual due to currently being focused with the preparations for the projects below: the most imminent one right now being the shipment of the remaining Corona Blossom rewards, of which we will inform with an update in those particular projects as soon as it happens.

We are aware that since the Christmas season is near, rewards might take more time than expected to arrive: we will of course be distributing tracking numbers when the packages get shipped so you can keep track of your items and contact your local postal service if you feel it’s taking too long for them to arrive, but please do not hesitate to contact us as well if we can help you in any way.
